The Library of Kendriya Vidyalaya GC CRPF, Agartala organized an informative video session on the World Heritage Site – Nalanda University, utilizing the Interactive Touch Panel to engage students through digital learning.

The session aimed to enhance students’ knowledge about one of India’s most ancient centers of learning and its global historical significance. A documentary video showcasing the history, architecture, and scholarly contributions of Nalanda University was screened. Students from class VIII actively participated and expressed great interest in learning about the rich educational legacy of ancient India.

The interactive format allowed for a dynamic question-and-answer segment post-viewing, where students clarified doubts and shared their reflections. The session helped foster awareness of India’s cultural heritage and promoted digital learning through the use of smart technology in the library.

Outcome:

  • Enhanced awareness about a UNESCO World Heritage Site

  • Promoted interactive and technology-based learning

  • Encouraged student participation and critical thinking
