Pustakopahar 2026 a flagship initiative of KVS is successfully organized on 27th March 2026 at the Library of KV GC CRPF Agartala under the inchargeship of Librarian Sh. Rahul Kumar. The event aimed to encourage students to donate and exchange books from other classes.

More than 40 students actively participated in the program, donating and exchanging over 180 books, including textbooks, storybooks, and reference materials. The initiative not only helped students access useful study resources but also promoted the values of sharing and cooperation among them.

The program highlighted the importance of reusing books, thereby contributing to environmental protection by reducing waste. Overall, the event was meaningful and impactful, fostering both social responsibility and environmental awareness among students.

Pustakopahar 2026

The “Pustakopahar – A Book Exchange Program” will be organized at the Library of Kendriya Vidyalaya GC CRPF Agartala on 27 March 2026 (Friday) from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The program aims to encourage students to donate and exchange used and new books such as **textbooks, children's books, novels, dictionaries, and reference books. This initiative promotes the habit of reading, supports students who need books, and helps in protecting the environment by reusing books and saving paper. Students are encouraged to actively participate and contribute to spreading knowledge through book sharing. 📚🌱

Reader's Club Meeting

 

 Readers’ Club Meeting

A Readers’ Club meeting was held on 27.01.2026  to promote book reading among children. Member Teachers and Students participated in the discussion. The Librarian/Coordinator guided them on selecting books and encouraged daily reading. Member students were encouraged to read at least one book every month and tell about the book to their classmates, So that they will also be encouraged to read books.  The meeting was interactive and motivating, successfully inspiring children to develop a love for reading.

 Sushmita Bhowmik, class-VIII of KV GC CRPF Agartala secured 1st Position in the district level quiz competition on "Operation Sindoor" under PPC-2026 organized at Kendriya Vidyalaya Ongc Agartala .

Special Guidance session by Sh. Anant Kumar Sheet, Assistant Commissioner (KVS RO Silchar) on Topic "Key to Success"

 A special guidance session was organized on 21.01.2026, in which Sh. Anant Kumar Sheet, Assistant Commissioner, KVS Regional Office Silchar, delivered an inspiring lecture on the topic “Key to Success.”

During the session, Sh. Anant Kumar Sheet guided students and staff on the essential principles for achieving success in life. He emphasized the importance of clear goal setting, self-discipline, perseverance, and positive thinking. He also explained practical ways to overcome stress, manage time effectively, and maintain mental well-being, especially while dealing with academic and professional challenges.

The guidance program  was attended by Sh. Sanjeev Kr. Singh, PGT Hindi, Ms. Jyoti, PGT Mathematics, and Sh. Rahul Kumar, Librarian.

The lecture was highly informative and motivating and left a lasting positive impact on the participants, inspiring them to face life’s challenges with confidence and determination.

Story Telling 

नागरिकता की नींव कार्यक्रम का निरीक्षण, रामकृष्ण मिशन के पर्यवेक्षक श्री दिलीप तंवर द्वारा किया गया|

कक्षा 7 के लिए नागरिकता की नींव  कार्यक्रम की कक्षा श्री राहुल कुमार, पुस्तकालयाध्यक्ष के मार्गदर्शन में सुचारू रूप से आयोजित की गई। आज के अवलोकन के दौरान रामकृष्ण मिशन के पर्यवेक्षक श्री दिलीप तंवर ने मॉड्यूल 11 – “सेवा”के अध्यापन का निरीक्षण किया।

सत्र में छात्रों को सेवा, जिम्मेदारी और करुणा जैसे मूल्यों को समझाने पर विशेष जोर दिया गया। मॉड्यूल की विषयवस्तु स्पष्ट रूप से समझाई गई और छात्रों ने उत्साहपूर्वक सहभागिता की। चर्चा आधारित गतिविधियों ने उन्हें समाज में सकारात्मक योगदान देने के महत्व को बेहतर ढंग से समझने में मदद की।

श्री दिलीप तंवर ने कार्यक्रम के संचालन पर संतोष व्यक्त किया। उन्होंने कार्यक्रम प्रभारी श्री राहुल कुमार के प्रयासों की सराहना की और छात्र सहभागिता तथा मूल्य-आधारित शिक्षण में हो रही सकारात्मक वृद्धि को उल्लेखनीय बताया।

 A JIGYASA outreach workshop was successfully conducted at Kendriya Vidyalaya GC CRPF Agartala on 17 November 2025 by CSIR-CMERI, Durgapur. The session was led by Dr. Man Singh Azad, Senior Scientist, and Shri Dilip Garain, Senior Technical Officer, who interacted with students to promote scientific curiosity and hands-on learning.

The primary objective of the workshop was to develop scientific temperament and a sense of inquiry among school students.
